Company Profile

The Company Directors and staff of Tandemania have extensive    experience running Student Training Centres as well as Tandem    skydive operations. Our Company Riviera Adventures was established in 1989. Prior to coming to Tasmania in July 2000, we had been          operating a full time Student Training School in Victoria. Our priorities have always been to provide a friendly, family type environment with our operational focus on maintaining the highest safety standards        possible.

The Cessna 182 carries up to 5 skydivers. It has an inflight door which is opened once at
altitude.

Riviera Adventures now Trading as Tandemania has trained over 4500 First Jump students. Its Chief Instructor has over  6700 skydives, been Instructing for 21 yrs, holds Coaching Accred Lvl 2, has a degree in Human Movement and is a Fitness Consultant.

Tandemania's focus in Tasmania is toward providing consistent. and reliable Tandem Skydiving to the highest safety standards possible.
Tandemania is a member of the Tasmanian Parachute Council and further Affiliated with the Australian Parachute Federation. This membership to the APF allows clients of Tandemania to attain Public Liability Insurance. Personal Injury Insurance if required must be sourced
privately.

Parachute Packers

All parachute packers used by Tandemania are full members of the APF and fully qualified Packers under the APF system. All our equipment/procedures are externally audited every 12 months.

Pilots

The Pilots employed by Tandemania have a combined total of over 15,000 hours flying and Instructional experience. Just minimum hours are not a requirement due to the specialised nature of what they are required to do.

Tandemania is a Member Organisation of the
